If nominees do not wish to be considered in the voting process they can write to info@forexsportsawards.com and ask to be removed from contention. This can be done at any time.
Open Voting will take place for all nominees on dates nominated in the website and will close on dates nominated in the website, The three top voted brands in each category will go to Judges voting.
A judging panel will be responsible for selecting the winner for each of the categories and the Judges Award for Excellence.
The judging panel is appointed and coordinated by Forex Sports Awards.
The judging panel has been carefully selected to ensure that the judging process is fair and objective, free of bias or influence. All the members of the judging panel are bound by confidentiality obligations and are required to declare any conflict of interest in entries over which they deliberate and to stand aside from deliberations concerning those entries.

By participating in the Forex Sports Awards, nominees agree to participate in publicity and material resulting from the Awards (both on the date of the Awards and subsequently). The organisers reserve the right to use the submitted content and details of nominees in any publicity or repurposing of material.
Subject to usage guidelines, winners are eligible to publicise their achievement and display the Forex Sports Awards symbol and trophy on their marketing and promotional material.
The judging process will be based on a number of criteria including, but not limited to, the commercial success of the sponsorship, level of creativity used, understanding of the market, value generated, quality of the production, and the most effective activation of the sponsorship.
The judging panels’ decisions relating to winners and the granting of category awards in the course of judging the awards is final. The organisers will not accept any submissions or representations or appeals with regard to such decisions.
Organisers reserve the right to add or remove judges from the judging panel, amend entry criteria or merge award categories as they appear on www.forexsportsawards.com without notice. Any such changes to entry criteria or award categories will be publicised on www.forexsportsawards.com
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the awards at any stage. In the event of such cancellation, the organisers will endeavour to announce the winners and in any circumstance the award and sponsorship fees received by the organisers will not be refunded. For the avoidance of doubt the organisers shall not be liable to entrants or sponsors in respect of any additional costs or consequential losses incurred by the entrants or sponsors as a result of any such cancellation.
Nominees confirm that, unless advised otherwise, the details of the entry and the content of any materials submitted to the organisers in support of the entry are non-confidential and that the organisers may copy and distribute the particulars of the entry or any part thereof (save that which is agreed to be confidential) for all reasonable purposes associated with the administration, promotion and coverage of the Awards.
The organisers confirm that personal information relating to individuals provided by the entrant shall be stored and processed by the organisers for use solely in connection with the awards and that such information shall not be distributed to third parties without the relevant individual’s prior consent. Such information will only be disclosed to a third party without prior notice to the relevant individual when the organisers believe such disclosure to be required by law or regulation or to be necessary to defend the rights of the organisers or other Entrants.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance with the organisers, all information and materials submitted are non-returnable.
The organisers accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for:
- Any promise or indication made public before an award is formally announced
- Any damage, claim or costs, howsoever incurred by the entrants (including any damage to computer equipment, data stored thereon or to personal, professional or commercial activities of the Entrants), arising from the awards, the awards Website, or for the failure of the entrants to comply with these Terms and Conditions
- Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, in no event shall the organisers be liable whether in contract, tort, by statute or otherwise in respect of any loss of profits and/or loss of business for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the awards, including without limitation: loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business and/or goods, loss of goodwill, loss of use, loss and/or corruption of data and/or other information.
- The organisers reserve the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such amendment or any additional rules, terms or conditions imposed from time to time by the organisers shall be incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions via the awards website.
In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions and all other matters relating to the awards, the decision of the organisers shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Should any clause (or part thereof) of these Terms and Conditions be considered void or voidable under any applicable law, then such clause (or part thereof) shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the remainder of these Terms and Conditions valid or enforceable, unless the whole commercial object is thereby frustrated.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a joint venture, partnership or relationship of agency or employment between the organisers and any entrant.
The awards and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
The recipients of the winning awards will receive the exquisite crystal glass floodlight trophy/s to their nominated address at no cost. Each trophy will be personally branded with the company crest and the title of the award that has been won.
